Service Delivery Manager – Public Cloud Managed Services
Lead and govern F9 Infotech's Public Cloud Managed Services engagements across cloud platforms. Own end-to-end delivery, ensure SLA compliance, drive customer satisfaction, and act as the primary interface for clients, internal teams, and technology partners. Oversee cloud operations, incident management, service reviews, and drive continuous improvement across security, DevOps, and infrastructure functions.
Technical Project Manager
Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects at F9 Infotech. Define scope, timelines, and resource plans while ensuring delivery within budget and quality standards. Work alongside cloud architects, DevOps engineers, and cybersecurity teams to govern AWS/Azure/GCP deployments, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DR, and multi-cloud environments. Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies, maintain project governance frameworks, and present executive-level updates to enterprise customers and leadership.
Junior Cloud Associate (L1/L2)
Join F9 Infotech as a Junior Cloud Associate (L1/L2) and play a key role in supporting cloud infrastructure, deployment, and operations across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role is ideal for early-career cloud professionals looking to build expertise in cloud administration, virtualization, networking, security, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
- 0–2 years of experience in cloud computing, system administration, or infrastructure support.
- Basic understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server.
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python is preferred.
- Understanding of cloud security fundamentals and access management concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Senior Cloud Support Engineer (L3)

With 3–6 years of cloud engineering experience, you will design robust cloud architectures, drive migration and modernization projects, ensure security and compliance, and provide technical leadership across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in cloud engineering, cloud support, or infrastructure operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Advanced understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, routing, and load balancing.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools.
- Knowledge of cloud security frameworks and best practices.
